COGNITIVE TASKS
Symbol Search
Symbol Search is a cognitive game within the Wechsler where users are tasked with selecting the tile from the options below that has a symbol matching any of the symbols in the tiles above. This game is a measure of processing speed.
Dot Memory Task
The Dot Memory task involves the user being presented with a grid and 3 dots in various cells of the grid. The user would then have to pick out the 'F's in a sea of 'E's to continue to the next step. Then, the user would have to select the cells in the grid where the dots were. This is a cognitive assessment evaluating working memory.
Psychomotor Vigilance Test
The Psychomotor Vigilance Task (PVT) involves the user pressing a button whenever the timer starts running. The user will not be aware when the timer is going to start. This task assesses behavioural alertness and reaction timing and lasts for 3 minutes.
TIME USE DIARIES
Z4IP's time-use diary allows users to record daily activities in 15 minute increments! Easily add activities to the time-use cells by dragging and dropping, clicking on the activity or clicking on the time cell. Edit up to 2 days prior to maximise the data capturing while reducing inaccurate reports due to poor memory. Each activity has additional tags to provide additional context to the activity record (e.g. Sleep - Overseas). The diary also provides a summary of the distribution of activities for users to see.​​

Notifications will be sent to participants to remind them to complete their questionnaires. Allow participants to customise their notification timings to maximise the likelihood they complete the questionnaire!
COMPLIANCE & REWARD TRACKING
Encourage compliance with our compliance and reward tracker! Participants' dashboards will display the tasks they have yet to complete and note their completed tasks with colour coded dots on the calendar. With green circles around the date on the calendar, participants can see when everything they need to do has been done for the day!

With their points tally, participants can view how much of their reward they have earned so far.
AUDIO DIARIES
Capture your participants' thoughts and reflections through audio diary entries - participants can record themselves talking (e.g., about their day) with customisable minimum recording lengths! This allow for real-time capturing of data, providing contextually rich data over time.
WEARABLE INTEGRATION
With our wearable integration, participants can view their metrics recorded by the Oura Ring (and soon other wearables) within the Z4IP app! The compliance tracker goes a step further by displaying if the participant has synced their wearable for the day, minimising data loss due to participants forgetting to sync their data.
